Working with KPIs
Several of our customers are looking into various EMR/EHR systems to pull data to build a quick dashboard so they can see the health of their practices. It is a fun project for us and it provides great insights to our customers about various patterns. While some KPIs are standards like Recall Effectiveness, Annual Checkup etc but there are some unique ones customers are creating. What is your experience in building a dashboard and any unusual KPIs?
